Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Really. Sign up with your name, email, and clinic details. You get full access for 30 days with up to 100 encounters. If you decide not to continue, your trial simply expires — no charges.
What counts as one encounter?
One encounter = one patient consultation that is transcribed and converted into clinical documentation (SOAP note). Follow-up notes for the same visit within 30 minutes count as the same encounter.
Can I switch from Pay-As-You-Go to On-Premise later?
Yes. Many hospitals start with SaaS to evaluate the product, then migrate to on-premise once satisfied. We handle the entire migration — your data, templates, and configurations carry over seamlessly.
