By accessing or using products and services provided by VivaLyn Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), including VivaLyn Sathi (mobile application) and VivalynEMR (healthcare platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Description of Services

  • VivaLyn Sathi — a voice-first AI companion application that helps users manage tasks, maintain a personal diary, track expenses, and interact through natural conversations.
  • VivalynEMR — an AI-powered electronic medical records and hospital management platform designed for healthcare organizations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VivaLyn Sathi. VivalynEMR is intended for use by authorized healthcare professionals and organizations.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our products.
  • Use AI-generated content from our products as a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of our services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate responses, notes, summaries, and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for professional judgment, particularly in medical and healthcare contexts. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output.

7. Healthcare Disclaimer (VivalynEMR)

VivalynEMR is a clinical workflow tool designed to assist healthcare providers. It does not replace clinical judgment. All AI-generated clinical suggestions — including prescriptions, follow-up schedules, and diagnostic notes — must be reviewed and approved by a licensed healthcare professional before being acted upon.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with VivaLyn Labs products are owned by VivaLyn Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our products without prior written consent.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our products, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VivaLyn Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms
